10.3 ph899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph899 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph899's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ph899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, ph899 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12.4 The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 12.2 and 12.3.
13.1 ph899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph899 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
